- How
does it work?
It's simple. When you book your date with us, we create a personal web
page which contains the player for the webcast. Simply email the link
we provide for the page to your online guests.
- What
do I need to do?
We provide a managed service, meaning we take care of all the details.
Provide us the names of your videographer, wedding planner and the
venue. We'll do the rest.
- How
will my guests view the wedding?
All they need to do is click on the link provided in the email we will
send you. This will direct them to your personal player site.
- How
much does it cost?
Our pricing starts at $495. See our pricing page for more details.
- What
if I am having an outdoor wedding?
We can webcast from
almost anywhere. Your webcast Producer will provide a site-check before
the event to ensure quality service.
- Who
do we contact if we have questions or need assistance?
Once you book your
event, you will be assigned a webcast Producer. This person will be
your contact prior to and during the event.
- Will
I be able to view my Webcast at a later date?
Yes. We will archive
your wedding for 30 days at no additional charge. Longer terms are
available.
- How
many people will be able to watch my wedding Webcast?
The base pricing
includes up to 25 viewers. If you expect more, we can certainly
accomodate them.
- Is
someone from your company present on-site?
Yes. Your Producer will
be on-site to establish the connection to the server, verify the
integrity of the feed from your videographer, and provide technical
support if needed.
- Is
it possible to do some editing after the live Webcast?
The Webcast is a live
event. We do not provide editing services. Your videographer will be
providing that service for you.
- What
happens if the Webcast doesn't happen for whatever reason?
If you cancel prior to 15
days before the scheduled wedding, or if we determine that service was
not delivered due to technical difficulties from our end, or for any
reason that is due to our negligence, we will issue a full refund. We
are not responsible for cancellations, rescheduling or the failure to
utilize the Webcast service. You may reschedule the event as long as
the request is submitted at least 15 business days prior to the
initially scheduled event. If you cancel your account within 15 days
prior to the wedding date, we will refund 50% of the service fee. No
refund will be issued for accounts that are not cancelled prior to
2 days before the scheduled wedding date.
